Fer Construction is a hands-on contracting business based in Waterbury, Connecticut, and run by Fernando Unup. When you call, you talk to Fernando. When we come out to estimate, he's the one measuring, and he stays involved until the job is finished.
We do two kinds of work. Outside: concrete driveways, patios, steps, and walkways; asphalt paving; paver patios and walkways; and retaining walls. Inside: kitchen and bathroom remodels, wall repair, and the handyman jobs that pile up around a house. Many of our customers start with one project and call us back for the next.
Our approach is simple. Build the base right, give the price in writing, keep the site clean, and walk the finished job with the customer. And because we speak English and Spanish, everyone can talk through their project comfortably.
